rtv99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the rtv99 website, or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This acceptance is a prerequisite to using any service offered by rtv99.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions are made, and misrepresentation of age is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, automated accounts, and accounts operated by bots or scripts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of rtv99 is legal in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of rtv99, nor a close family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from rtv99 or any associated platform, whether through voluntary self-exclusion or enforced account closure.

rtv99 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with the same or different personal details — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation and any bonus funds forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access betting, casino, and other services on rtv99, you must register a single account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, and a valid email address where required. You must notify rtv99 promptly if any of this information changes.

Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorised them.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify rtv99 support immediately and change your password without delay.
• Do not access your rtv99 account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks where your credentials could be intercepted.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

rtv99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other Bangladeshi payment channels as made available on the platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is required or applied.

rtv99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method before processing a withdrawal. This may include a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad transaction history showing the deposit to rtv99, a photo of the mobile number associated with the wallet, or other verification as deemed appropriate by the platform's compliance team.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds is a payment account belonging to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific bonus terms as well as these general Terms.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game or games only and expire at the time stated in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

rtv99 does not guarantee any minimum return on any bonus. Bonuses are entertainment features and carry the same risk as any other form of betting — you may receive less than the stated bonus value after meeting wagering requirements, and in some cases no return at all.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on rtv99 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. In the event of any dispute about the outcome of a game or event, the decision of rtv99 is final. All game outcomes for casino products are determined by certified RNG technology and are not influenced by the platform or its operators.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play bets are accepted at live odds which may change rapidly. rtv99 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed. Events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned (and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time) will generally result in bets being voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

Casino and Live Casino

Casino games on rtv99 use certified RNG technology or are operated by third-party live dealers under licence. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the gaming system. 7. Responsible Gaming

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating live casino bets, or exploiting a table game with multiple accounts.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or mobile payment provider as a mechanism to recover funds that were legitimately wagered on the platform. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may result in debt recovery action.

rtv99 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension, the account holder may not withdraw funds. Where fraud is confirmed, all funds in the account — including genuine deposits — may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

rtv99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe when requested by the platform's compliance team.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Any event that, in rtv99's reasonable opinion, puts the integrity of the platform, its payment systems, or other players at risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, rtv99 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's own request — including through a self-exclusion request — any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on rtv99.org — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of rtv99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, display, perform, license, or create derivative works from any content on rtv99.org without the express prior written permission of rtv99. Unauthorised use of rtv99 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rtv99, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or from any bet or wager placed on rtv99 — including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, interruptions to service, incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error, or unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.

rtv99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages — in such jurisdictions, the limitation above applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

rtv99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. All disputes must be submitted in writing to the support email address below. rtv99 will acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter will be escalated to the relevant compliance officer.
